Springers Solar will post all orders within 1-2 business days of placing the order. You will be contacted within the same time frame if any selected products are unavailable. Springers Solar provides a large array of products, therefore larger orders may incur a 1-5 business day delay on orders being dispatched.

Free Shipping is available on MOST products, although bulky & heavy products charge. Costs depend on size, weight and location. Products shipped to WA or NT may incur a surcharge. For a freight quote prior to ordering, please contact us to arrange.

Springers Solar unfortunately do not currently offer International shipping.
Springers Solar can send items via a courier Australia wide. If you have a preferred courier please reply to your order confirmation after an order has been placed.
Springers Solar offer a click and collect option for customers in Greater Brisbane and beyond (for those willing to travel) to organise click and collect please select that option at checkout, please note it may take up to 3 business days for the product to arrive in your store of choice. We will contact you as soon as the item is available.
Springers Solar has a variety of bulky items. These items will be shipped via a Couriers, NOT Australia Post. Any Large items cannot go to a PO BOX & must be delivered to a residential address or collected from the nearest depot. Our preferred courier is TNT.
For solar panels orders that require pallet delivery, please ensure the delivery address has a forklift available for unloading.
