Solar Installer

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Solar Installer at Springers Solar! A leader in the Solar industry.

The best part you ask? We are North Side located with onsite parking! No more sitting in traffic or paying for parking. Leave your car at HQ and jump in one of our trucks to head to site.

You will also be entitled to 13 RDOs a year & 17% leave loading!

The role

Working alongside some of the most experienced tradesmen in the industry, you will:

• Install racking on roofs
• Assist in panel installation
• Assist electricians
• Commercial and residential work
• Possibility to become a roof team leader and advance your career
• Possibility to upskill - Truck license/EWP etc.

About you

We currently have full time positions available where we are seeking persons with previous construction experience and skills that can be transferred over to this role. We will of course provide on-the-job training to assist your success in the solar industry!

• Working at heights & white card an advantage - Otherwise we are happy to get this sorted for you!
• Current Driver's License required
• Not afraid of heights
• Experienced in working on construction sites
• Experienced in using tools
