About the role:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient fulfilment of customer orders, helping us deliver quality solar products across Australia. Your role supports a smooth and timely dispatch process for our growing e-commerce operations.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Accurately pick and pack online orders, ensuring speed and accuracy
• Maintain stock levels and update inventory in the system
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stocktakes
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organised, and safe
• Support incoming goods processing and order dispatch
• Assist with local deliveries or stock transfers when required

About you:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and proactively address challenges
• Driver's Licence - Mandatory
