Our project and installation teams recently completed a comprehensive, large-scale clean energy Sigenergy ecosystem spanning a four-day duration. The client required a robust, future-proofed energy solution capable of managing heavy operational demands, incorporating substantial storage reserves, and integrating smart electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

To achieve the client's ambitious energy independence goals, our RPEQ engineers designed a high-yielding 40kW solar array to maximise generation capacity throughout the day. This was the maximum amount of solar panels that would fit on the customer's acreage-style home, and took advantage of north, south, and western azimuths.

This powerful array is seamlessly integrated with a massive three-phase Sigenergy storage solution. The battery room installation consists of three 48kWh SigenStor battery stacks delivering a monumental 144kWh of total storage capacity. This ecosystem is tied together with Sigenergy's three-phase 10kW Energy Controllers (30kW total inverter capacity) and the C60 Backup Gateway, allowing the property full blackout protection and dynamic energy management. To complete the smart network, a fully integrated Sigenergy AC EV charger was commissioned on-site to handle rapid vehicle charging directly from the property’s harvested solar power.

Deploying a system of this magnitude presented extreme logistical and physical challenges for our crew over the 4-day timeline. Installing 144kWh of modular storage required precise weight distribution and structural considerations in the battery room layout. Navigating complex site wiring and structural restrictions demanded strict engineering agility.

Despite these spatial hurdles, our installation team carefully routed the extensive heavy-gauge cabling and seamlessly configured the three battery stacks to ensure a high-performing finish that adheres strictly to Australian standards.

As a result, this home is future-proofed for decades, with zero power bills, complete energy resilience against grid failures, and the capacity to expand should they desire it.
