The BYD Premium LV BMU is compatible with the entire range of Premium LV battery models: including LVS, LVL and LV Flex. It is IP55-rated for use in both indoor and outdoor environments.
One BMU can manage up to 64 battery modules, over 980kWh of battery (when used with LVL's). One BMU is required per system and is the primary communications hub responsible for communications with the inverter system as well as direct battery connectivity to the web.
