What's in the box
100 x M12 nylon cable gland with locknut and sealing washer
A nylon cable gland secures and seals cables as they pass through panels or enclosures. It provides strain relief, protects against dust and moisture, and maintains the integrity of electrical or waterproof systems - ideal for solar, marine, and automotive applications.
Yes. Most nylon cable glands are rated to IP68, meaning they are dust-tight and can withstand immersion in water. Always check the specific IP rating of the product to ensure it suits your environment, especially for outdoor or marine installations.
Match the gland size to your cable’s outer diameter. A properly sized gland ensures a tight seal without damaging the cable insulation. Refer to the manufacturer’s sizing chart for guidance - selecting the right size is key to maintaining waterproof and strain-relief performance.
