The SHRT series are lightweight, transformerless, string inverters with a wide MPPT voltage range and Wi-Fi communications included. The SHRT series are hybrid inverters, allowing for the system to connect to a Sungrow solar battery for energy storage. These inverters offer fast charging and discharging, which makes them perfect in a solar and battery installation as this allows for greater self-consumption than other inverters may be able to offer.
As a hybrid inverter, the SHRT series offers a backup function, which supplies the property with backup power in the event of a power outage. This feature gives the inverter the ability to support 100% unbalanced loads in backup mode, which will keep essential appliances running during a blackout. The backup function is a perfect solution for both new installations and retro-fitted designs.
The Sungrow SH10RT is a three-phase inverter solution, with 10kW of inverter capacity. This model offers two Multiple Power Point Tracker or MPPT, allowing for connection to two independent solar arrays. With integrated WiFi, a built-in EPS, two current transformers and a DC switch, this powerful yet compact inverter is perfect for residential and commercial installations.
